About Buceit Digital:

We are a start-up aiming to create a SaaS Platform that can generate Sales Qualified Leads for SaaS businesses by using the power of AI and human intelligence on a single platform. This will eliminate a lot of redundancies in the Sales Development process, making the sales cycle faster by 50% and cost-effective by 20%.

While we are developing the product, we are looking for dedicated, smart talents to join our Sales Development function. This function is responsible for generating revenue for the company as well as creating a proof-of concept of the product.

Buceit Digital is looking for Business Development Managers to drive lead and pipeline generation. This role will work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to effectively generate the right leads for business growth. This role is in a unique position to drive demand from both non-technical (CEOs, CMOs, VPs, Business Heads) and technical audiences (DevOps managers, CTOs, and CIOs) who are modernising their applications and delivering on Cloud-native technologies.

The job boils down to doing whatever is necessary to build brand awareness, promote current and new services, expand into new markets, and create excitement while developing customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the owner of revenue targets and meet revenue generation objectives.
  • Take ownership of pipeline creation and meeting monthly and quarterly SQLs, meetings, and pipeline targets
  • Research and identify potential customers and create communication campaigns
  • Leverage content from marketing and launch communication campaigns to generate leads
  • Schedule meetings with leads to generate MQLs, SQLs and Sales
  • Manage communications across relevant social media channels to effectively generate leads.
  • Build, execute, and optimise demand generation campaigns generating Leads, MQLs and SQLs
  • Prospect via call, highly personalised emails, and LinkedIn to move these leads through the pipeline.
  • Conduct product presentations and discovery calls, and employ a consultative selling approach to nurture them for graduation.

 Requirements:

  • 3+ years of demand gen and lead gen experience
  • Must have worked in Sales / Direct Sales / BD
  • Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA with strong understanding capabilities of technology and SaaS Products
  • SaaS industry experience is a must.
  • Wonderful in communication and presentation
